Our New Year's stay at this breathtaking property was absolutely mind-blowing! The owners, Simon and Nardia, warmly welcomed us and even let us meet their friendly horse in the adjoining field. The cottage itself was impeccably renovated and maintained, and it provided the perfect cozy retreat with its warm atmosphere and beautiful log fire. The location was ideal for our hiking adventures, with nearby trails for our energetic dogs. Simon and Nardia were always available and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even providing extra logs for the fire. The thoughtful layout of the cottage made our stay hassle-free, and the fabulous showers were a delightful surprise. The cottage had everything we needed, including a coffee machine in the fully-equipped kitchen. We also enjoyed a scrumptious meal at the local pub owned by the hosts. We appreciated the supplied fans in every bedroom and the overall cleanliness of the cottage. The communication with the owner was excellent throughout. We had a truly wonderful break and cannot wait to return to this super property. We will definitely recommend it to our family and friends.

We stayed at a lovely, clean, and cosy cottage for a wedding. The cottage had fans in each bedroom, which was a welcome addition. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, including a coffee machine. Communication with the owner was excellent. The location was perfect for visiting nearby towns and the food at the local pub, owned by the hosts, was excellent too. The showers were fabulous, providing hot water without any pressure or temperature issues in the mornings.

The size of the property was more than spacious, which was great for our group of six. The excellent outside garden area provided a lovely space to relax in. having a laundry room on-site was perfect for our needs.

Sadly, we encountered some problems with the showers during our stay. The upstairs shower leaked and required attention from the vendor, and the rail of the downstairs shower kept falling off.
